At our mountain homestay, we believe that the best experiences come from genuine connections with people and nature. Our home was founded in 2021 by Sunit Dere, who has a passion for sustainability, community, and the natural beauty of the Himalayas.

Our approach to hospitality is centred on sustainability and authenticity. We believe in using locally sourced materials and ingredients whenever possible, supporting the local community, and minimizing our impact on the environment.

Our founder, Sunit Dere, is an adventurer and travel enthusiast who fell in love with the mountains. He felt a deep connection to the mountains and yearned to experience them more fully. His passion for exploration and his love of nature inspired him to create Anahata Living, which aims to provide unique and unforgettable offbeat experiences for our guests.

Experience Pahadi warmth and comfort at our 65-year-old home

 Our home has been around for 65 years and has a rich history. Originally built by a local family, the property has since been updated with modern amenities while still maintaining its unique character. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a fireplace, and an outdoor seating area perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We've added personal touches to the space, such as artwork from local artists and family heirlooms, to make it feel like a home away from home. We look forward to welcoming you to our homestay and sharing the history and charm of our property with you!
